Safety and Health Culture
at Work

The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) culture is the set of practices, values, attitudes and behavior patterns that are shared by all the people who interact in the organization and that determine the commitment and capacity of safety and health programs regarding the elimination or reduction of risks derived from work.

The following actions have allowed us to maintain an OSH culture:

  • Change starts from top management.
  • Dissemination of objectives and strategic goals.
  • Ongoing training for employees.
  • Prioritize the well-being of employees.
  • Continuous improvement of all processes.
